Samsung has been accused of launching gimmick features in the past and therefore when it launched Galaxy note 7` iris scanning feature we were a bit speculative. Once we got our hands on the device an played with this feature we were amazed at how perfectly it performed. Here is our overview.
Iris scanner unlike the finger print scanner cannot be hacked in to. It has a special infrared sensor and it requires a living eye to function. It wont work with an image. You can also encrypt a folder with this scanner.
